$250 · Chiorda 10-Speed Racer with Campagnolo Bits
Chiorda 10-Speed Racer with 23" (58cm) Italian steel frame with chromed forks, chromed seat stays and chromed chain stays. All drop-outs chromed and stamped "BREV. CAMPAGNOLO."
An older Italian racing bike ( late 1960s, early 1970s ? ) with faded paint and decals. Frame sized to suit a rider from about 5'9 to 6'2. The MAEDA close-ratio rear freewheel has 5-sprockets (13 to 25 teeth) and the generic SOLIDA 165mm (6.5") crank set has duplex front chainrings (40 & 52 teeth). A nice light bike for its size because of the light-weight Italian steel frame and the aluminum alloy components. Seat tube diameter of 26.2mm indicates that frame may be high-quality plain gauge steel, but there is no frame sticker present. There are no issues with rust: the handlebar stem is not frozen and the seat height is easily easily adjustable. The bike is ready to ride as it is - or to restore. This is a vintage bike with the expected signs of wear. Some pitting in chrome.
