There are 2 sizes. 2-3 person (roughly 8ft long x 4ft wide)- $999 4-5 person (roughly 8ft long x 7.5ft wide)-$1499 Both models come in Grey/heather colour with black waterproof travel cover. Tents include bed mattress, mounting rails, brackets, tools and ladder. Tents mount to almost anything that has cross bars. Can be picked up in Richmond BC or shipped anywhere in Canada starting at $150 Also have lower annex rooms available as an ad-on for these units starting at $169 These tents are manufactured at the exact same factory as some very reputable brands and are awesome quality.
