I live in the Bloorcourt neighborhood of Toronto with my wife, Amanda. I scored a 170 on my LSAT, and I've been teaching at various levels for the majority of my life. Other than LSAT tutoring, I've tutored a variety of subjects at the elementary and high school level, taught English in Korea, and also taught multiple university classes at the university level at Mount Allison University and Queens University. I have a Master's in History from Queens. I love teaching and the ability to connect with students and help them improve. I'm also a bartender, which is about the best evidence of patience I can offer. I'm personable and patient and enjoy working with students. My lessons are completely personalized to you. I will provide all the materials necessary for preparing for the LSATs, and after an introductory lesson to gauge your approach, strengths, and weaknesses, we'll come up with a customized improvement plan together. The idea is for us to work together to build a structured, repetitive approach for all three sections, which saves time and helps you know when you've found the correct answer. Improvement is almost always a steady progression forward. My schedule is completely flexible, so we'll schedule lessons and lesson lengths that work best for you. My hourly rate is $85/hourly, and I'm available to teach in person or over any online video service like Skype or Zoom. Masks are currently mandatory for in-person sessions.
